Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee (or loss of deposit). No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee or forfeit their deposit.

Communication & Contact Policy

  • For scheduling, please contact us via our website, text, or Instagram DM during business hours. Allow 24–48 hours for response time.

Consent & Pre/Post-Care Policy

  • All clients must complete required intake and consent forms prior to treatment. Failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions may affect results and void any complimentary touch-ups or corrections.

Consultation Policy

  • A consultation is required for all new clients before certain treatments. This ensures we choose the safest and most effective options for your skin and goals.

Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are transferable once if rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Gift Cards & Promotions Policy

  • Gift cards and promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts. All promotional purchases must be redeemed within 6 months of issue date.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive on time. Clients more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late fee or deposit forfeit may apply.

Medical Disclaimer / Results Policy

  • All treatments are performed under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. Individual results vary depending on skin type, condition, and lifestyle. Follow all pre- and post-care instructions for best results.

Payment & Financing Policy

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and select financing options (e.g., Cherry, CareCredit). Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Refunds & Returns Policy

  • All service sales and deposits are non-refundable. Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed. Skincare product sales are final unless a documented allergic reaction occurs within 7 days (must be returned with receipt).
